PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

MDI is a polyurethane material synthesized by isocyanate, polyol and its auxiliary agent. With its excellent performance, wide variety and wide use, MDI is unique among many synthetic materials and has become one of the fastest developing materials today. As the main raw material for the synthesis of polyurethane materials, isocyanate, in the late 1930s, by the German chemist O.Ayer and his colleagues first developed the synthesis method and processing technology of diisocyanate.

 APPLICATION

MDI (diphenylmethane diisocyanate) is an important chemical raw material, mainly used in the production of polyurethane. Polyurethane is an excellent material used in a wide range of industries, including but not limited to automotive, construction, electronics, defense, aerospace, light industry, chemical, petroleum, textiles, transportation and medical.

In the automotive industry, MDI is used to produce PU paste, sole fluid, spandex, etc. These materials are used in the manufacture of car seats, interior and other components. In the construction industry, MDI is used to produce polyurethane foam, which is used for thermal insulation, sound insulation and noise reduction. In the electronics industry, MDI is used to produce polyurethane elastomers, which are used in the packaging and fixing of electronic products.
