PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Melamine, also called cyanuramide or triaminotriazine, a colourless crystalline substance belonging to the family of heterocyclic organic compounds, which are used principally as a starting material for the manufacture of synthetic resins. Melamine is rich in nitrogen, a property that is similar to protein.
Melamine is a versatile basic organic chemical intermediate product. The most important use is as a raw material for the production of melamine/formaldehyde resin (MF), building template melamine glue, dipped paper, melamine tableware. Melamine can also be used as a flame retardant, a water reducing agent, a formaldehyde cleaner, and the like. The resin is higher in hardness than urea-formaldehyde resin, non-flammable, water-resistant, heat-resistant, aging-resistant, arc-resistant, chemical-resistant, has good insulation properties, gloss and mechanical strength, and is widely used in wood, plastic, paint, paper, textile,leather, electrical, pharmaceutical and other industries.

3. Condensation and polymerization with formaldehyde can produce melamine resin, which can be used in the plastics and coatings industry, and can also be used as an anti-folding and anti-shrinking treatment agent for textiles.

Polycondensation reaction with formaldehyde can produce melamine resin, which can be used in the plastics and coatings industry, and can also be used as an anti-wrinkle and anti-shrink treatment agent for textiles; used in the manufacture and processing of wooden building templates.5. It can be used for sturdy, heat-resistant decorative boards, moisture-proof paper and gray leather tanning agents, adhesives for synthetic fireproof laminates, fixatives or hardeners for waterproofing agents, etc.
